My approach to fitness and nutrition is simple, to the point, and easy to follow no matter your current physical state and mindset. Every client is unique and deserves a plan that addresses just that. Cookie cutter plans are for suckers, and no one gets anywhere that way. I create PERSONALIZED workout programs and nutrition guidelines/meal plans specifically for the client I am working with. No one gets the same plan, because no client is the same. Whether you’re wanting to lose weight, tone up, build a bigger booty, GAIN weight, become stronger, powerlift, body-build, correct posture, decrease joint pain, or WHAT. EVER. I got your back! I put my heart and soul into my work, and I look forward to seeing you progress along the way!
HOW IT WORKS
Once you purchase your package, I will add your name to our client database using the name AND email on your invoice.
You will then receive an email with instructions on how to download the training app and set up your profile along with a consultation form to fill out.
Based on your answers, I will be creating a customized program for you that will be ready to start the Monday following the day of purchase.
